Right of Withdrawal
The client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of signing, by written notice (via postal mail or email). After this period, no withdrawal or refund requests will be accepted.
Eligibility for Refunds
Misunderstandings or signatures made by unauthorized persons do not constitute valid reasons for withdrawal.
In the event of an administrative error on the provider’s part, the situation will be reviewed and handled individually.
Payments
If the withdrawal is exercised within the legal 14-day period, the full amount paid will be refunded within 30 days from the date the cancellation request is received.
After the 14-day period, no refund will be granted, and the client remains obliged to pay the full contract amount for the defined period (24 months).
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Administrative Fees
Any banking or transfer fees incurred in processing the refund will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Renewals
In the case of automatic contract renewal (after the initial 24-month term or subsequent 12-month extensions), no refund will be granted unless a written cancellation notice is provided at least 3 months before the renewal date.
